Terms and Conditions
for participation in the Cornwall Council Right On Survey

1. Purpose of Registration:

By registering, your organisation is expressing interest in participating in or supporting children or young people in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly to complete the Right On Survey aimed at gathering the perspectives of children and young people, in partnership with Cornwall Council. Registration will allow us to keep you informed about the survey's launch and provide instructions on how to engage participants through your channels.

2. Commitment:

By signing up, your organisation agrees to share information about the survey and recruit participants within your community. This involvement will help ensure a representative collection of children's voices across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

3. Data Sharing with Cornwall Council:

We will provide Cornwall Council with a list of all registered organisations. This is to ensure transparency and assist in maximising survey participation and representation. Individual school data will be shared with Cornwall Council, strictly for internal use only.

  • Individual school data will be shared with council staff to support delivery of the council's services, for example in planning targeted support and activities.
  • Individual school data will not be shared with external partners or other education settings or be published.

4. Non-Binding Agreement:

Registering does not obligate your organisation to participate fully, nor does it guarantee survey participation. You may withdraw your interest at any time by contacting us at support@ddm.health
